RENTAL MANAGEMENT SELF MANAGEMENT
Advertising and Booking
Platform advertising, booking management, handling customer inquiries, sending required information to renters, ensuring no double bookings. Register and advertise directly with holiday rental portals, so their fees would still apply.

Legal Compliance
Registers renters with the Hospedajes website (providing/registering ID details of all guests).

Cost
Pays 10% of gross payment fee to Stay in Hacienda for bookings as well as the annual management fee. Potentially lower fee if owner manages bookings themselves, plus reduced annual management fee, but may have increased individual service fees.

Tax
Stay in Hacienda pays 20% tax on their income, prepares the factura (invoice) for the apartment owner for tax return purposes.
Apartment owner is responsible for paying all tax to the government. Prepare tax returns for their services.
